Celebrate Oceans at the August First Friday Art Walk in La Jolla
If you ever wanted to celebrate our beautiful oceans through art, you’ll have a chance at the August First Friday Art Walk in La Jolla.
Each month, a plethora of the best art galleries and businesses in downtown La Jolla will be participating in the First Friday Art Walk, a celebration of creativity in the jewel of San Diego. Guests will be able to sip, snack, and stroll through some of the best that La Jolla has to offer.
There’s also a new theme each month, and for the August First Friday Art Walk, the theme is “oceans.” Each gallery or business will be able to interpret the theme in different ways, however, so there will a diversity of perspectives in the amazing art on display.

Although the art walk is free to attend, the organizers ask that attendees register ahead of time. By doing so, you’ll get a free digital map of and a free parking pass provided by ACE Mobility.
