Spooky Wellness Abounds at Trilogy Sanctuary’s Halloween Mystic Mirage Event
For all the Halloween-loving wellness enthusiasts in San Diego County, there will be few better events to celebrate both interests than the Trilogy Sanctuary Mystic Mirage event.
If you’re not familiar, Trilogy Sanctuary is one of the coolest off-the-beaten-path restaurants in La Jolla — and it just so happens to be a yoga and wellness center, boutique, and fitness studio as well. It’s also a gathering place for local wellness enthusiasts, and on Oct. 31, it’ll be a rendezvous for fans of the spooky and mystical.
“Beneath the stars, on our open-air rooftop, a mystic mirage will materialize — a ghostly desert realm where lost souls dance, fire spirits rise, and ancient echoes awaken,” the yoga studio writes of the event. “The veil between worlds grows thin, and you are invited to step through and dance your dreams into existence.”
The Trilogy Sanctuary Mystic Mirage event will feature a DJ spinning mystical downtempo and tribal beats and a gong bath in the dome that promises to open the veil between worlds. Other festive activities will include:
- A mystic illusionist performing enchantments and magic
- Ritual aerial and fire performances
- Astrological divination and tarot readings
- An elixir bar serving up spirit tonics and soul potions
- Mystic market offering creating from realm-wandering artisans
- Live art and performances by mysterious beings
- Cacao and reflection lounge to ground your spirit
Later in the evening, there will be even more ritual and underworld beats, as well as a live bass and violin performance by Josh Teed.
The Trilogy Sanctuary Mystic Mirage event takes place on Halloween, and the organizers encourage attendees to come dressed to channel the vibe. Whether you opt for a ghostly nomad costume or oracle priestess garb, you’re sure to have a mystical, surreal, and cerebral time.
