Healing Rhythms & Mindful Movement at Trilogy Sanctuary’s LIGHT HOUSE
Later this month, Trilogy Sanctuary will host LIGHT HOUSE, a transformative evening of movement, music, and mindful connection in downtown La Jolla.
LIGHT HOUSE promises to be a magical evening of connection and mindfulness at Trilogy Sanctuary’s off-the-beaten-path cafe in La Jolla. It’ll be anchored by the rhythms of Lincoln Jesser, a DJ and sound healer who is known as the creator of the “Healing House” genre.
Like past iterations of LIGHT HOUSE, the event promises to be a shoes-off night of dance medicine in a substance-free, judgment-free space.
The event will kick off at 7:30 p.m. when the doors to the Healing Lounge open, letting guests try botanical elixirs, teas, and cacao. There will also be vendors, bodywork, live art, and both flow and aerial performances throughout the night at LIGHT HOUSE.
At 8 p.m., there will be a Somatic Movement Practice guided by local Tantra healer Sarina Moretti. From 9 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., a San Diego-based DJ will play an opening set. Lincoln Jesser will takes the stage from 10:15 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Jesser is an artist, sound healer, and DJ who is the creator of Healing House, a genre of electronic music that blends ancient sound techniques, mantras, and mindfulness with contemporary dance music. Trilogy Sanctuary calls it “the most uplifting, heartfelt, high vibe house music you have ever heard!”
Tickets to LIGHT HOUSE with Lincoln Jesser are available at this link. Early bird tickets start at $22.
