Radical Movement to Host Sunset Women’s Surf Meetup in Encinitas

If you’ve ever wanted to catch some waves and build community with other female surfers, Radical Movement is hosting a sunset women’s surf meetup this Sunday.

The Radical Movement Collective is a local collective of women who are using movement to “radically move through life together.” The group organizes skate, surf, and yoga sessions in San Diego.

On Sunday, Jan. 19, the collective will be hosting a women’s sunset surf meetup at Pipes Beach in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. The meeting point will be Pipes Parking Lot close to the ramp at 3 p.m. PST.

The collective will be hosting the meetup in partnership with Tan Madonnas, a locally based company that designs sustainable swimwear and surfwear for women.

If you can’t make it on Sunday, expect a lot more surfing-related meetups and events later in the year. For example, the collective just recently hosted a coffee and group surf at Tourmaline Beach in conjunction with Pacific Beach-based Surf Lounge.

To RSVP or for additional information, you can visit the Radical Movement Instagram page here.
