ZENTRL Kitchen + Bar: Dinner & A Movie at The Lot in La Jolla
Wanting a classic dinner-and-movie experience in La Jolla? You’re in luck with the opening of Zentrl Kitchen + Bar.
Zentrl Kitchen + Bar is a reimagining of the restaurant at The Lot, a hybrid luxury movie theater, bar, and restaurant located in downtown La Jolla. It recently opened to the public, bringing all-day dining to the cinema.
On the menu, you’ll find a range of options from Kobe Beef Sliders to Ahi Poke Tacos, along with a full selection of delicious sushi rolls. The updated menu also includes a breakfast selection that includes chilaquiles, blueberry buttermilk pancakes, and eggs benedict.
For beverages, expect a full bar selection that includes everything from spicy margaritas to an impressive wine list and a full slate of craft beer. Not in the mood for dinner? The restaurant also features bar shareables, including housemade guacamole, fried brussels sprouts, and pretzel bites with jalapeño nacho cheese sauce.
The best part about the new Zentrl Kitchen + Bar is the fact that you can kick back and eat dinner while watching a movie at the attached cinema. The Lot feature plush seating and personal tables, so that your dinner-and-movie experience is thoroughly luxurious.
Although Zentrl Kitchen + Bar is opening first at The Lot in La Jolla, the movie theater is bringing the same restaurant to its other locations in Liberty Station, San Ramon, and Newport Beach, according to Eater San Diego.
All of this is to say that The Lot is still one of the best things that you can do during those rare rainy days in San Diego.
