17th San Diego Spirits Festival: A Celebration of Cocktails to Land in La Jolla
A celebration of cocktails, cuisine, and culture is landing in La Jolla (LaJolla.com) this weekend. Enter the San Diego Spirits Festival.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 26 and Sunday, Sept. 27 at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) in downtown La Jolla. Festivities kick off at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, and at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
As you might expect, the San Diego Spirits Festival includes craft cocktails and spirits tasters from more than 65 brands. Best of all, a ticket includes unlimited cocktails and tasters.
The attending distillers and spirits brands will run the gamut from smooth bourbons to crisp gins, and from delicious ready-to-drink cocktails to smoky mezcals. Mixologists will be on-site whipping up delicious cocktails.
Alongside the cocktails and beverages, the festival will also feature artisanal bites from local restaurants and eateries, including Gossip Grill, Zoya La Jolla, Piazza 1909, and Rosemarie’s Burgers.
Additionally, there will be live entertainment and music all weekend long, including sets from singer Andrew Cole, jazz ensemble Ride Share Jazz, and a seven-piece Irish band.
