Discover the Magic of Light House at Trilogy Sanctuary
Light House is an opportunity to step into embodied movement with soul-stirring music, and it’s happening right in downtown La Jolla at Trilogy Sanctuary.
On Saturday, May 17, the yoga studio and off-the-beaten-path La Jolla cafe will be hosting Light House, which is described as an evening of intention, movement, and heart-opening medicine. It’s a musical event that will offer substance-free and judgement-free ecstatic dance to the sweet sounds of healing music.
The Light House evening will start with a somatic movement practice before evolving into a high-vibe dance party with both captivating performances and alcohol-free cacao and elixirs.
- Yemanjo: A globally-infused and medicine-inspired beat maker who blends tribal rhythms, cinematic grooves, and ethereal soundscapes into a hypnotic experience.
- Kr3ture: An artist who music gravitates between downtempo bass lines, organic textures, and sultry guitar. It’s a lush and genre-bending atmosphere that’s both earthy and electric.
According to Trilogy Sanctuary, Light House will provide “an atmosphere of intention and play” in a shoes-off experience. Along with the music, there will also be ambient aerial and flow performances, a healing lounge with botanical elixirs, and various vendors providing live art and bodywork.
Doors open to the event and the healing lounge at 7:30 p.m. The breathwork and somatic movement practice is from 8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., while the two DJ sets will run from 9 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Early bird tickets to the event start at $22. Standard tickets are $30, and are available here.
