The Lodge at Torrey Pines Hosts Annual Celebrate the Craft Festival

The Lodge at Torrey Pines, La Jolla’s distinguished AAA Five Diamond resort, hosts the 22nd iteration of the Celebrate the Craft culinary festival on April 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

A premier showcase of California’s agricultural bounty and epicurean craftsmanship, Celebrate the Craft brings together dozens of the region’s finest chefs, food artisans, farmers, ranchers, fishers, wineries, craft breweries and distilleries in one stunning outdoor setting: The Lodge’s Arroyo Terrace overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course.

Considered one of San Diego’s finest food fêtes, hundreds of gourmands will converge at The Lodge to mingle, sip and savor regionally grown ingredients, innovative cooking, masterful winemaking, and more. Tickets are now available at CelebrateTheCraft.com. Each all-inclusive ticket includes an extensive array of food tastings, wine, craft beer and spirits, and complimentary valet and self-parking. An exclusive VIP Experience is also available which includes a private seating area in the luxe Gamble Suite featuring exclusive reserve wine tastings, interactive wine blending sessions, portraits by artist & illustrator Kelly Maryanski, and custom VIP bag giveaways. 

There will also be live music by San Diego’s very own Robin Henkel Trio and a presentation of beautiful custom handmade stoneware by The Wheel Stoneware.

All proceeds from this event will be donated to The Ecology Center, supporting their important work in sustainability and environmental education.

Schuyler Munroe, The Lodge’s new sommelier, helped curate a collection of esteemed California vintners for the event including Ancient Peaks, DAOU Family Estates, Far Niente Winery, Cakebread Winery, Golden Door, Vega Vineyards and Farms, Jackson Family Wines, Copper Cane Wines & Provisions, HALL Wines, Navarro Vineyards & Winery, Markham Vineyards, Niner Wine Estate, Silver Oak Cellars, Tablas Creek Vineyard, ZD Wines, and Pahlmeyer.

San Diego’s famous craft beer and spirits scene is also being represented by AleSmith Brewing Company, Burgeon Beer Company, Sons & Dotters, and Thorn Brewing Company.
