4th Annual Del Mar Wine & Food Festival Returns to North County Sept. 30–Oct. 4
San Diego foodies rejoice: The annual Del Mar Wine & Food Festival is back for its fourth year and is bringing five days of culinary excellence to North County this month.
The event is an annual celebration of the best that San Diego’s coastal culinary scene has to offer, including some of the city’s best restaurants and chefs. This year, the festival is scheduled to run from Wednesday, Sept. 30 through Sunday, Oct. 4.
The Del Mar Wine & Food Festival kicks off with an opening night celebration at Monarch Ocean Pub in Del Mar that will include picturesque ocean views, local craft drinks, and fresh coastal bites inspired by both Southern and Baja California. Throughout the rest of the week, attendees can experience chef-driven dinners, wine workshops, and various community activations, ranging from beach cleanups to pickleball tournaments.
The schedule leads up to the centerpiece of the festival: the Grand Tasting at Surf Sports Park. The Grand Tasting will showcase hundreds of carefully selected wine pours, spirits, and craft beers alongside signature dishes and small bites from both local San Diego chefs and household names from the Food Network.
