Float & Chill: Sound Bath Under the Stars at the Beautiful Estancia La Jolla
Need to wash away the stress? Look no further than this sound bath under the stars at the Estancia hotel in La Jolla.
The immersive poolside experience, scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, July 17, will feature a restorative and calming sound bath specifically designed to soothe the nervous system and promote deep relaxing vibes.
If you’d like to experience a bit of weightlessness after a heavy week, guests can choose to float in the pool or unwind from the pool deck.
Alongside the sound bath and float experience, guests can expect a curated shopping experience, relaxing spa treatments, and complimentary wellness activations. If you worked up a bit of an appetite while relaxing, there will be seasonal cocktails, mocktails, and small bites available to purchase.
The wellness activations begin at 7 p.m. The first sound bath begins promptly at 7:30 p.m., while the second sound bath begins at 8:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to arrive at the Estancia La Jolla at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
