SeaWorld Celebrates 60 Years with Bayside Brews & Barbecue Festival
SeaWorld is celebrating its 60th anniversary with good food and beer for the Labor Day holiday weekend at its Bayside Brews & Barbecue Festival.
The festival will celebrate 60 years of SeaWorld San Diego. From Friday, Aug. 30 through Monday, Sept. 2, guests will be able to enjoy a wide range of mouth-watering BBQ and delicious craft beers from around San Diego County.
The festival will celebrate 60 years of SeaWorld San Diego. On the weekends of Aug. 31 and Sept. 7, guests will be able to enjoy a wide range of mouth-watering BBQ and delicious craft beers from around San Diego County.
For example, the Bayside Brews & Barbecue Festival will feature a total of 60 beers on tap from award-winning local San Diego breweries, including:
- AleSmith Brewing Company
- Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits
- Belching Beaver
- Coronado Brewing Company
- Harland Brewing Co.
- Karl Strauss Brewing Company
- Latitude 33 Brewing
- Societe Brewing Co.
- Stone Brewery
Along with the beers, you’ll also be able to try out Baja-style BBQ, Bourbon-style BBQ, and Texas-style BBQ at different places throughout SeaWorld San Diego. Some options include Tri Tip Sandwiches at the Texas stand, Carne Asada Tortas at the Baja stand, and Buffalo Trace Pulled Pork Sliders at the Bourbon stand.
If you’re not a beer drinker, there will also be a cocktail bar. Expect delicious bourbon-based mixed drinks, such as a Buffalo Whiskey Smash and a Traveller Lemonade. The bar will also include a hibiscus vodka beverage and a margarita.
Best of all, access to the SeaWorld Bayside Brews & Barbecue Festival is included with standard park admission. The park is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.
