Foodie Extravaganza San Diego Restaurant Week 2024 Starts This Weekend
One of the best times to be a foodie in America’s Finest City has arrived. San Diego Restaurant Week 2024 kicks off this weekend.
San Diego Restaurant Week, scheduled for Sept. 22 through Sept. 29, is a celebration of the best restaurants in San Diego. During the weeklong event, hundreds of establishments located across San Diego County will offer opportunities for all types of foodies to enjoy their delicious cuisine.
There are more than 100 restaurants participating, and each will showcase the best flavors, ingredients, and trends of the fall season. It’s also an opportunity for fine dining establishments to offer dishes at a much more affordable price point.
For example, guests can enjoy two-course lunches and three-course dinners at some of the region’s best restaurants — starting at just $20 during San Diego Restaurant Week 2024. The discounted prices mean that an ever wider array of foodies can enjoy the rich culinary landscape of San Diego, and eat seasonally delicious cuisine, too.
There is also a wide range of different eateries represented. Physically, they’re spread out from Oceanside to Chula Vista. The list also comprises everything from cozy bistros to elegant restaurants.
Taking La Jolla restaurants as an example, San Diego Restaurant Week will feature some of the best food in La Jolla, including:
- Beeside Balcony
- George’s At The Cove
- Duke’s La Jolla
- Puesto La Jolla
- Sea & Sky La Jolla
- The Amalfi Llama
- The French Gourmet
Although tickets are not required to take part in the eight-day edible extravaganza, reservations to the restaurants are highly encouraged. You can book a table at participating restaurants on the event’s website.
