La Jolla Yoga Studio & Café Trilogy Sanctuary to Celebrate 10th Anniversary
Trilogy Sanctuary — a local yoga studio, vegan café, and gift shop in La Jolla — is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary with a three-day festival.
The three-day festival, which is scheduled to take place on Friday, Aug. 2 through Sunday, Aug. 4, will feature wellness workshops, talks, DJs and musical performances, dance parties, afternoon tea, and more.
If you’re unfamiliar with Trilogy Sanctuary, it’s a multi-story wellness hotspot in downtown La Jolla. Along with a robust offering of yoga, aerial, and wellness classes, it also features a beautiful rooftop café that ranks as one of the must-try La Jolla breakfast spots.
“Our 10th-anniversary celebration will be an enriching and soul-nourishing experience, unfolding over three spectacular days,” the yoga studio and café wrote on its website. “Each day is designed to take you on a journey through themes that reflect our shared values and aspirations.”
For example, you’ll find fire-dancing performances on Friday, a yin yoga and breathwork workshop on Saturday, and birthday cake and champagne for the 10th anniversary on Sunday.
Trilogy Sanctuary was founded by husband and wife team Leila and Joe Caldera, who said they wanted to create a space to cultivate a “sense of community and belonging.” Since then, it has been a center for yoga, wellness, and spirituality for a decade.
“This milestone is a tribute to the incredible support and love from each of you, in our community,” Trilogy Sanctuary wrote. “The journey to this point has not been easy, but it has been worth it.”
Tickets start at $65 per day, which includes access to all of the workshops, yoga classes, performances, and more. Additional information and tickets can be found on the Trilogy Sanctuary website.
